| Multiple Languages |
This allows the user to configure
the system to support multiple language for different
countries. Different language could be tied back to each
individual Cashier where upon sign-on, different Cashier
will have different language menu screen depending on
setting. |
| Receipt Formatting |
This function provides the user
to have receipt header and footer messaging when printing.
A logo can be printed as well onto a dot matrix or thermal
printer via a bitmap file. |
| Automatic Resume |
In the event of system accidentally
power failure during the middle of a transaction, the
auto resume mode will reload back to the previous transaction
position for continuing. |
| Kitchen Printer (KP) |
The function allows the user to
configure items to be sent to the respective kitchen printer
upon send by the Cashier for food preparation purposes.
Supports up to unlimited kitchen or bar printers. |
| Kitchen Display System(KDS) |
The POS system have the option
to configure to link to a Kitchen Display Unit for displaying
customer purchases on screen for food preparation purposes.

| Multiple Page Menu Screen |
Supports up to 40 buttons per
menu page. And each button support additional 16 layers
menu page. This sums up to a total of millions pages of
menu screen. |
| Menu Button Sizing & Graphic |
This allow user to size and color
the menu button to their preference. Button size supports
single, double (1x2) and quad (2x2) sizes. Scan image
bitmap file can be mapped onto the button to create the
graphical effects on the menu page. Eg. burger, VISA &
etc logo. |
| Multiple Price Level |
This feature allows each individual
item to have standard selling price with additional 5
others level pricing. Eg. staff price could be set to
level 1 and etc. |
| Void An Item Entry |
This allows Cashier to cancel
a wrong item entry during sales. This function is Password
Protected as an option. |
| Void Current Transaction |
This allows Cashier to cancel
the entire transaction before final transaction. This
function is Password Protected as an option. |
| Void A Closed Transaction |
This allows canceling a transacted
entry. This function is Password Protected |
| Refund Receipt |
This function allows the Cashier
to refund a transaction to the customer. This function
is Password Protected. |
| Floor Limit |
This feature control the Cashier
from accidentally input over a set limit quantity per-item.
Eg. Know the trend of business, it is rarely a customer
would purchase an item for more than 50 pieces at a time,
therefore, any quantity per item is exceeded limits quantity,
system will prompt Cashier. |
| Multiple Condiments |
This allows each item can be configured
to have multiple condiments and modifiers. |
| Predefine Condiments |
This allows items to be configured
to have exact selection numbers of condiments before an
entry can be completed. |
| Bonus Point Issuance |
This feature records down “Bonus
Points” that had been issued to customers purchases.
Eg. Calculation of point can be by amount based as well
as point based. This allows user to embark on customers
loyalties program. |
| Bonus Point Redemption. |
This feature allows customer to
redeem the “Bonus Point” collected during
a purchase. In the event that redemption and purchases
are within a single receipt, then, customer just have
to pay the different. |
| View Receipt (Next and Previous) |
This function allows user to scroll
back and forward each receipt to view on screen. |
| Food Picker’s Screen(2nd
Screen) |
This feature open a second screen
to display the previous transaction by default (be able
to scroll back to all previous transaction) to allows
the Helper to “pick” food for the customer
while the Cashier is attending to the next customer. |
| Auto Item Promotion by Day of
the Week and by Week of the Month |
This promotion feature allows
user to select certain promotion item to be activated
automatically by Day of the Week and by Week of the Month.
Eg. “Fish Burger Meal “ will have a price
promotion every Monday on every first week of the month.
(or every weeks of the month). |
| Auto Item Promotion by Date |
This feature allows user to create
promotion of selected items by selected date range. |
| Off Line Mode |
In the event that Host Computer
is down, all POS will have the feature to operate under
Off-Line mode to ensure continuous operation. |
| FOC-Qty |
This function allows cashier to
issue item under Free-Of-Charge condition and capture
stock status. |
| Staff Time In/Out |
This function provides the user
a simplified clock in and out during working hour for
recording purposes. Data can be captured onto a file for
exporting to external payroll system. |
| Allow Change of Payment Media |
To allow cashier to make changes
to mode of payment after settlement. This feature provide
an option for the cashier to correct the media type so
that the end of day report will reflect the actual media. |
| Allow Receipt On-Hold |
To allow cashier to place any
receipt on-hold. This feature is most suitable in a fine-dine
environment. Any number of receipts can be placed on-hold.
On-hold receipt will show up in the receipt recall page
in various colours indicating the time lapse since the
last order. |
| Detailed X & Z Reading |
Daily ad-hoc X Read and end of
day Z Read is printed at each POS. A detailed report is
available showing PLU details, Sales Group details, Colllection
details, Voids and many more. Allows catogries under 1.

| Interface to Credit Card EDC Terminals |
The system directly interface
with Credit Card terminals. This feature enhance accuracy
and control by means of auto-transfer sales details into
the credit card terminal hence removing human intervention
and will wait for approval reply before closing sales. |

with NETs terminals. This feature enhance accuracy and
control by means of auto-transfer sales details into the
terminal hence removing human intervention and will wait
for approval reply before closing sales. |
| Onscreen Preview of All On-Hold
Receipts with Color Flag |
In a receipt recall funtion, on-hold
receipt will show up in the receipt recall page in various
colours indicating the time lapse since the last order.
This gives a visual prompt to the crew to check on any
sales that has been on-hold for a long period of time.
A prompt check on these sales help to improve customer
service as well as to reduce Jump-Sales. |
| Split Bill |
In a Fine Dine enivronment, this
feature allow the cashier to selectively transfer any/all
items from one bill to another. This way of re-organising
of the billing items save time from having to do item
cancellation from one bill and having to re-enter into
another. |
| Staff/Cashier Access Control by
ID/Password Entry, Magnectic Card & Smart Card |
The system is fully password protected.
Most of the important access & funtions are locked
by user password access rights. In order to provide user
ID & Password, 3 methods are provided in the system. |
| Table Reservation with Floor Plan |
This is an additonal sub-module
for a Fine Dine where the module will be able to capture
reservations and manage the table setting. The system
shows the status of each table in a grid button layout
as well as in a full floor plan graphical layout. |
| VIP/Customer Discount/Pricing |
The system maintains a Customer/vip
Database. Privileges such as special pricing and discount
entitlement can be control. The system also tracks the
spending totals. |
| On-Screen Soft Bill |
Allows soft bill to be viewed
electronically by the customer via the terminal (handheld) |
| Line Of Fire |
Allows the firing of individual
items to be 'fired' when necessary to the kitchen printers |
| Seat No Identifier |
Allows the entering of individual
items ordered via seat no under 1 table. |
